when we talk about the ketogenic ones the they're more close they're closer to caprylic acid is the c8 yep so why does that bring why doesn't taking those make this process easier when you consume them orally they are transported to the liver via a hepatic portal circulation and they're not packaged into chylomicrons and you know long-chain fatty acids when we eat them they are packaged in the chylomicrons and then they go through essentially enter the lymphatic system and have a different route of entry they were metabolized totally differently whereas medium chain fats go directly to the liver through a patek portal circulation
