yeah so pretty much a nose-to-tail carnivore diet well i think it's well constructed i've been working on it for the last year and a half two years and i've been eating uh for the most part kidney three four days a week two i'd say three or four ounces and i also do liver i do a lot of red meat i do mainly grass-fed beef i do eggs most days of the week and i've just been doing a lot of like the the fundamental carnivore stuff that um it's it's been a good journey for the last two years doing carnival we're like that
