and then that really took me down the food tray and it was convincing enough that I was like okay it's got to be food and then in the next three weeks I went back to that original elimination diet I'd made and then in the next three weeks I lost two pant sizes and five pounds on the elimination diet yeah so two pant sizes five pounds my stomach went flat when they had never been flat before cuz I've been bloated which I didn't even know um my skin rash cleared up and it never cleared up uh and my arthritis symptoms dramatically improved and that all happened within three weeks is sticking to this you know low-carb really restrictive diet
