before I'd almost have to be super low carb trying to like um trying to not have too much red meat like being worried about red meat maybe like sliced turkey or something and like I was getting by but I wouldn't say I was like thriving so like if you've seen me on social media you've probably seen me on a meat and fruit diet because I've spent 90 plus percent of the last three to four years on meat and fruit and that's when I started like just taking off on social media productivity through the roof sleeve quality great because I couldn't if I didn't like the fruit then I started just sleeping great with that so I mean I had sleep issues when I wasn't eating carbohydrates
