for higher fructose fruits exactly what you said uh so in the lower carb obviously you know this but people i mean berries lower fructose fruits can be part of that sort of lower carbon ketogenic world um keeping your carbohydrates under 50 grams 20 grams of carbohydrates a day but you're going to be able to have more of that and more diversity of fruits that are higher in fructose and other sugars that so yeah all the fruits are completely fine and honey maple syrup would be two other choices um and it's sweet potatoes it starts youtubers can be fine too but to your point i find that some people that with digestive issues they don't do well with lots of those but same could be said with higher fodmap fruits too so depends on the case
