i'm not a huge fan of i don't count calories so um if i'm getting less ripped i lay off the maple syrup if i'm getting less swell i lay on the maple syrup so i actually use carbs or the maple syrup as a lever to really influence body composition so other than that almost everything just stays the same for me so it's just a matter of if i'm getting less ripped i'm really going to decrease my carbs quite a bit and so even though i'm sort of oversimplifying it by saying i'm going to cut out the maple syrup i also am cutting out a lot of the carbs i'm cutting out the potatoes
