we created a diet form that was only about 20 to 25 grams a day of saturated fat and he ended up getting about 65% of his fat calories from mono and saturated fat which was pretty gross I mean you're drinking olive oil at that point but he was interested in doing the experiment and sure enough after I don't know maybe 8 to 12 weeks same macronutrient distribution in terms of fat protein carbohydrate the only shift was the type of fat so we just substituted mono for saturated his LDL P was thirteen
