I looked at like the levels of fructose in the human blood and the levels of glucose in the human blood and uh it was like significantly there's never any significant amount of fructose in the human blood it was um what did I find it was like like a thousandfold difference or more between uh levels of fructose fructose was 8.1 plus or minus one microle uh per liter and glucose is uh the equivalent of 3.9 to 5.6 Millo per liter um the fructose equivalent which would be 3,9 00 micro per liter so it was like there's huge differences in the amounts of fructose versus glucose in the human blood
