I remember I put a it was low it was high it was I think it was like a pound it might have been a pound or 12 ounces of liver in a jar yeah and I just figured oh you can just ferment liver I don't do this now just so people know uh but I did at the time I thought I'm not going to have access to Refrigeration I'm not going to have access to any liver that I actually want to eat in Tanzania um I don't know how much access I'm going to have to meet I also took just some jerky from a deer that I think we had hunted together at uh Rome Ranch yep and um uh but I took jerky and I took this liver were the main things that I had
