when it's cold obviously saturated fat gets very hard and it's probably hard for a um you know if an olive had the same fat composition as a cocoa bean it would be hard to kind of mobilize those fats and for the Olive to run its metabolism and the olive seed to grow on a cold day you know in a in a even even somewhere like Italy which is mostly uh reasonably warm but they still have cold days in the winter
