so unlike when I was in ketosis for the long haul and I was maniacal meaning I had a spreadsheet of every single thing that I would eat and I would measure out exactly how many grams of x y&z were going into me for this it was all smoking and joking so I just I guess fortunately I've been in ketosis long enough to kind of directionally know like this much protein is too much this is probably okay so I made zero effort to focus on whether I was in three two one two two one four two one I didn't care
