I mean avoid the high fat high sugar foods because you know why so let's be specific about each of those what is it about dietary fat or sucrose fructose and glucose that would be problematic I think it's mainly that it's it's not feeding so it's it's maybe the that what they don't it's not about the detrimental effects of them it's actually about what they don't contain so I so don't eat McDonald's because it's low in fiber not because it's high in sugar and fat
