all of the amino acids found in plants are much less bioavailable than animal protein if you look at something like a die ass or a digestible indispensable amino acids core
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
and guess what plant proteins do not stack up to animal proteins in any way shape or form in the die ass and it's not just for it's not just for starving children in Africa it's the best measure we a protein digestibility and it consistently shows that plant proteins are not as bioavailable
so the same is true with protein as well vegans will say oh we have the same amount of protein as an omnivorous diet but we know from things like a digestible indispensable amino acid score that protein is only half as bioavailable it's so i don't know i mean do you know any vegans who were eating um let's say you know two to three cups of shiitake mushrooms and uh two cups of soy beans every single day that that's what you need to get the equivalent of just a couple of eggs and maybe a pound of meat in your diet for choline assuming again bio equivalents yeah i mean if you're into fitness like you end up eating a lot of soy so like you know they'll be they'll be meeting the requirements uh based on that but that doesn't take into account the bioavailability and that kind of stuff of course
like all protein isn't really created equally right and I mean in your from your perspective meat versus plant protein like bioavailability what do we got here
and by the way just for folks who are hearing us use the term Diaz that's digestible indispensable amino acid score correct right okay so and I have a big problem that the the digestibility is where a lot of people have been focusing
