make sure you look for something that is organic that is cold pressed that is recently harvested you want to be able to see the harvest date on the label and you want to make sure it's in a dark glass bottle
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
When you are picking an olive oil you want to be a little careful I would look for a single source organic cold pressed olive oil that is in opaque glass you don't want the olive oil to be in plastic because that's already defeating the purpose
if you want to get a good olive oil it should be organic coldressed in a glass bottle that is opaque hopefully from a single source
