so so yeah there's a big yeah that's a big important difference so there's a difference between refine saturated fat which would we would characterize as liquid fat and unrefined saturated fat which would although refined saturated fat at room temperature is not liquid so it's liquid once it goes in the body usually yeah it's liquid once it gets above 77 or 70 degrees right yeah it doesn't look like liquid but it's essentially liquid fat yeah
