if you're doing thing you know over 60-minute definitely over 90 minutes you know it's going to be impossible to do high-intensity exercise more than two hours on zero carbohydrate diet
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I also think that we you know I'm a huge low-carb fan but I have to be completely honest and acknowledge the fact that any human on earth who's doing more than 90 minutes of high-intensity exercise is going to benefit from carbohydrates period
the caveat the nuance here is this if you are doing an activity that is longer than a few hours you can deplete your glycogen s 10 times on if you're doing a marathon at a two hour pace gonna be yes yes and in that case use carbohydrates it's firing the exercise yeah it's not saying what you do outside exercise because that's what the people are talking about right yes you're gonna need to use dextrose or some sugar for a super long effort and during his long races that bitter uses carbs it's fine yeah
