Brazil nuts are not going to be very bioavailable in their selenium because they're a nut they're going to contain phytic acid and other things that make it problematic and there are two different types of selenium selenocysteine and selenomethionine selenomethionine is the form found in Brazil nuts and Selena cysteine is the form found in animal foods and I believe there is a significant amount of energy suggest that Selena cysteine is superior to celino methionine
This is all to say I think animal foods are a better source of selenium than Brazil nuts for humans um for a variety of reasons like that I just listed.
