I love raw dairy it's so delicious very nutritious much better than pasteurized Dairy
raw da is a very recent addition to the human diet but I think that there's plenty of good evidence that it's very beneficial for most people especially different than pasteurized Dairy
I think raw dairy and pasteurized Dairy are very different things for humans
I'm a fan of raw dairy there's good studies multiple studies that show that kids who drink raw milk have lower rates of eczema asthma and allergies as adults probably due to beneficial qualities of the whey protein in raw dairy that is changed the raw dairy is denatured when you heat the milk so that's why I prefer to drink raw milk and get raw cheese when I can
so I really feel like unpasteurized Dairy raw dairy that is not feated is uniquely healthy for humans
