why in the world would anybody suggest that we wouldn't want to get calcium in our carnivore or animal-based diet well some people use the suggestion or use the evidence that their calcium level in their blood is normal so why would i need calcium i've been doing a carnivore or animal-based diet with no calcium source for a year and the calcium level in my blood is normal i think this is a faulty uh set of reasoning because that calcium level in your blood your serum calcium is tightly regulated and if your serum calcium starts to drop at all it's necessary for cardiac function neuronal function muscle function everything
