if you're someone that can't tolerate dairy then i would recommend that you get your calcium from bones in bone broth and in the future at hardened soil we're going to be coming out with a a bone meal product from grass-fed grass finished bones that's going to be a very high quality bone meal but it's much better than bone meal so stay tuned for that that's gonna have ground up bones microcrystalline hydroxy appetite for those of you who want to get calcium but can't do dairy
