I only realized later in life that I was sensitive to you know CR what it was a cruciferous no what's the word I'm looking for cruciferous yeah yeah vegetables you know it took me took me 30 years of my life to figure that out that I was sensitive to it and I always thought the remedy was to eat more of it you know and it's it's I'm I am just sensitive to it you know if I'm eating a high vegetable diet I feel like [ __ ] I went to a barbecue on Saturday at one of my best friend's house and the first thing we had you know we had we had tri-tip which is a California kind of meat but we had big you know me piece of tri-tip and then we had this awesome salad that was like kale and a bunch of other stuff and I had a big serving of both that was the worst I felt in three weeks
