to say that we know what someone should eat based on blood type is based on zero science there's actually science to say it doesn't really work
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
and the fact of the matter is it's pretty much just my mate up i mean i appreciate peter de adamo he's a naturopathic doctor i'm sure he's well intentioned and very intelligent but there's really no science to support which people with any blood group should eat what foods
to me like i said it's just way too way too simplified there's no science to support it in fact there are studies to suggest that it doesn't really work and evolutionarily it doesn't make a whole lot of sense either
