it turns out and because i'm so interested for myself and oxalates it's one of those toxins that we have an incre i haven't found very good evidence to show um ancient processing strategies that really do a good job of getting rid of them fermentation it looks like helps a little and there's ways of cooking like some people suggest cooking with dairy um helps you know bind the calcium the oxalates together so it's not depleting calcium from your from your body when it goes through
