it was a very short study it was a four-week study and it put athletes on a very low carbohydrate diet they averaged less than 10 percent and maybe 15 protein so they were you know if they weren't on a ketogenic diet they were very close to it and they were doing high intensity interval training and you guys didn't find any difference between the groups suggesting that this amount of carbohydrate restriction did not impair performance
