I don't believe ketogenic diets are good really ever there are perhaps a few situations where they are useful in the short term Georgie and I have talked about that in the past on previous podcasts I'm just thinking of that specifically where you could remove all of the food from your diet or some of the fiber containing foods or fasting could be a ketogenic source of physiology but that is going to rest the colon and decrease endotoxin so if a ketogenic diet removes foods that are increasing endotoxin like high fiber foods or foods that were problematic for humans like grains or beans that were probably increasing endotoxin by causing damage to the gut specifically large intestine that is a step in the right direction
