and i do have some suspicion or curiosity that consuming well-raised animal fats that are high in things like stearic acid at the end of this podcast i'm going to talk about c15 octa-decanoic acid which is an odd chain fatty acid could potentially replace linoleic acid in the membranes i've seen it change a little bit faster than those published studies with the the half-lives in my clients i've seen it actually change pretty darn fast when the linoleic acid is replaced by good animal fats
