five percent body fat i mean basically just limit your fat you know uh ted naaman has talked about this a lot like your body can't really burn protein that much for um for fuel so if you want to get down to super lean which i would say is probably not super healthy you want to track your hormones while you're doing that because you make it hypogonadal your lh and fsh are probably going to shut down when you're that low
