bill when i was a raw vegan i ate so many sprouted almonds and they always made my stomach hurt so even for me personally and there could be some individuality with sprouting and soaking the almonds still messed up my gut and i've told the story many times but i used to go to these fancy like vegan dinners where they would make us like vegan tiramisu and it tasted great and inevitably 15 to 20 minutes later i had to leave the party because i was bloated to the point of feeling pregnant and just you know just really really uncomfortable with all of these almonds even sprouted
