consuming the placenta is probably a really rich source of nutrients um on top of their uh probably too many uh chicken caesar salads
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

there's this consistent observation that placental health essentially correlates with animal foods in the diet

but you can see the massive difference between a vegetarian placenta and an omnivorous placenta I believe that the omnivorous placenta is from a woman who is eating significant amounts of meat and organs maybe even our desiccated supplements the heart and soil lifeblood which I think a lot of people that Lindsay works with are using to good effect now so here you can see the two placentas this is the vegetarian placenta looking much more pale this is a very red and robust and healthy placenta from someone that is eating meat that is essentially eating animal based
And we know that the health of these critical connections, this tether between baby and mother are intimately tied to the amount of animal products in the diet.
And this is so interesting to me because what is a more clear indication of the power of animal foods, of meat and organs, especially red meat in the human diet, than the organ, the placenta that feeds a baby when it's growing.
The comparison between those two placentas is incredible. It's very rare that we get to compare side by side organs grown in the bodies of people eating two vastly different diets, but that to me is clear as day evidence of the power of a diet.
