so that goes to tell you i think a little bit about the kind of regulatory yeah perfect the regulatory aspects of exercise which i think is really fun to think about yeah that exercise was necessary to keep the weight off right but and there were two points that i thought were striking that when one group had diet and exercise and one group had died only they lost essentially the same amount of weight right is that an accuracy there aren't error bars on that but basically those are indistinguishable amounts of weight loss oh yeah and then as we look here — i'm showing a video for those who are listening to this you can see the the graphic on youtube — as we look at this moving out the only group that maintained the weight loss was the group that exercised so this is not to say that exercise is not valuable for humans no it's important from you know a brain derived neurotropic factor in the brain it's just to say that weight loss is not about over exercising
