whether we're talking about beta carotene and vitamin A whether we're talking about niacinamide and nicotinic acid whether we're talking about alpha linolenic acid and DHA what I'm illustrating here are examples of plant and animal compounds basically forms of the same sort of molecule or the same compound whether it's you know vitamin a derivative like beta carotene in vitamin A whether it's niacin which can be nicotinamide or not or it can be nicotinic acid or niacinamide or the omega-3 family of compounds which start out in plants as alpha linolenic acid and then it get converted into EPA EPA and DHA and animals there's a much lower percentage right right right at a much lower percentage
