i love it and i think that's kind of the magic number 80 to 100 i mean i've heard people say 90 grams like you should give your body 90 grams of carbs a day like that's but who knows it's probably somewhere in that range so you're gonna make it if you don't eat it and i think for some people getting rid of it is a good thing short term but long term i think the dogma gets in the way of a lot of people doing as well as they could so
