i would want to leave an open mind to the fact that i think that some people can do better with a higher carbohydrate diet that does include grains and legumes i think it's possible that there are some people who can thrive on that and it might be uh related to how our microbes have co-evolved over this period of agriculture that we've kind of developed an ability to detoxify and deal with some of these these anti-nutrients
