with a lot of the tubers they're quite fibrous and they're not actually fully swallowed so you want to mention that a little bit i mean that seemed like did you yeah it seems like there's just these i don't know how to describe them or what adjective views like these these sort of ancestral these ancient tubers are not like the sweet potatoes i've seen in the store at least not from what i observed no that's right so there's a lot more fiber in them so when you chew them um you know you like cut off chunks and they roast them and then some of them are like sweet and succulent enough that they'll even eat them raw kind of as a snack kind of like you might eat a carrot on the go but most of them they bring home they roast up and um and they're really they taste really nice and there's like a lot of good starch in there and a good a lot of good like potatoey kind of stuff but through the whole thing is just enormous amounts of fiber and so what you do is you chew and chew and chew and kind of suck out all this you know all the starch and then you spit out the quid which is all that just that fiber that's been you know you couldn't digest probably anyway
