I know so many guys that are probably around 200 pounds and they're all in the same diet like I can tell them their diet without them saying anything to me I'm like okay I know you're on 60 grams of fat a day you probably eat about a gram of protein per pound of body weight the rest is carbohydrates you probably do if it fits your macros I see this everywhere I see I literally everywhere and everybody I know that follows that protocol looks exactly the same as they did four years ago
