this is something we've been doing for a long time I mean almonds are hybridized and they're sure across bread because almonds used to be frankly toxic to everyone I'm so the thing with potatoes etc this is not the same thing as genetically modified which is when we're inserting genes from other organisms like bacteria into the genome of a fruit we're sort of doing a little bit of Frankenstein type of stuff with the genetics yeah
