the clean carb cycling that i'm advocating for people you hear that word carb cycling or carb loading and people think of like the bodybuilder or like specific and they're like binging on like refined carbohydrates and stuff that's really not going to be good for for the average person right what i'm advocating for is literally going up to 75 to 150 grams of carbohydrates from whole foods from real foods and you don't even need to be super granular and measure all the carbs out i'm just saying more or less that's where i find the sweet spot for most humans that's an average paleo level of carbohydrates it's nothing crazy but it's enough to really support a lot of things and to strike that balance for that person's physio physiology
