the other one is a 2000 study 2007 study humans were grouped according to blood group system and they did food allergy tests with eliza mrast and um lra tests and they looked for igg ige and t cell responses but their results actually suggested something different than the traditional the traditional blood type diet that the adamo would suggest so if you look at this blood types diet study they got completely different results in terms of the ige responses so type a1 remember there are two different types of a even more complex than just a reacted most strongly to nuts and beans eggs dairy and nightshades type a2 which diadomo doesn't distinguish reacted the same but more strongly to dairy eggs and gluten grains
