the inversion pattern is something that was the first thing that I noticed in my research going back almost three years ago and I saw that if I ate a lot of fat I would have less LDL cholesterol it seems so odd but conversely if I didn't eat a lot of fat especially about like I fasted or I just brought down the total calories well then my LDL cholesterol would go up and it was in this perfect seesaw perfect back and forth right
