so what I've settled on now in San Diego is one of these Berkey filters which is kind of in-between right it's not going to take out all the minerals it's a pretty darn good filter and there are fluoride and arsenic post filters so you can get a Berkey that will remove fluoride arsenic and mostly everything else it's probably gonna move some of the minerals but it might leave a little more in and that's kind of my compromise right now
