for heart I had this for their last night my very favorite way to prepare heart is I make anticuchos which I'll make a marinade that's mostly cumin a mild chili pepper and oil I used to it for that as well for the oil garlic and oregano in that and marinate it and keep in my fridge for a couple days that way and then fry up the individual chunks kind of like crust marinated crusts on the the heart chunks every recipe for that on my personal Instagram feed down on your phone all and that's an IG TV recipe but that's a delicious dish just anticucho traditional spice crusted one if you want to use no spices I would simply cut it very very thin
