So that's really And do you think that's more because you've gotten used to it or do you think it's more because your nutritionist has figured out a recipe that works for you guys? Yeah, I think uh it needs to be good ratio between glucose, fructose and all other stuff, you know, in the in the gels. Um and it needs to be good quality of what's inside. So and also yeah, you get used to it for sure.
