so of of interventional studies we have to be willing to consider a weight what is the weight of the evidence in this discussion but i disagree with you there ari and if you are going to also uh be a part of the debate if it's going to be one versus two then you must allow me time to respond to both of you please i'm i'm i'm presenting what i think too and i'm i would love to get a moderator is not supposed to do that and before the debate it was not discussed that you would be uh uh showing your own opinion so i will express it you were meant to be a uh a moderator rather than another person if i'm debating two people i think i think i'm doing a good job of that let me be clear about my bias i don't think meat is harmful i do think plants are helpful i'm supportive of omnivory but i also think that from my opinion the the weight of the evidence and the hierarchy of evidence should be considered when asking questions of science so please feel free to respond if you disagree i i think that this is a very slippery slope uh when you consider the weight of the evidence you must consider the quality of the evidence and that becomes a quite involved discussion and again i'll just reiterate that uh i'm i'm happy to do that it's just a different thing i mean if we're going to discuss the the actual studies that are looking at fruit and vegetable inclusion in the human diet we should go study by study and we can do that if you want i can pull up the fruit and vegetables meta analysis looking at these studies and we can look at these studies individually but i think that looking at the weight of the evidence is a fool's errand and you should consider the quality of the studies as well because sure and and the individual uh the individual interventions that are done because just because there's more studies in the hierarchy of evidence uh not not from what you were saying you were saying the weight of the evidence now the hierarchy of evidence specifically talks about interventional studies being higher quality meta-analyses and systematic reviews of randomized controlled studies being the gold standard that's not what i'm referring to if you were listening to me i was saying that if we're going to compare a variety of interventional studies we need to look
