From my perspective, a nose to tail carnivore/carnivore-ish diet is the easiest and most evolutionarily consistent way to achieve this.
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

I truly believe that animal-based diets like carnivore carnivore-ish like i talk about in my book the carnivore code and that are nose-to-tail are going to change the health of our population if we decrease linoleic acid and we increase we decrease linoleic acid and all of these sort of foods that are not evolutionarily consistent and we eat more of the foods that are evolutionarily consistent like organs and meat and fruit seasonally or honey i just think we're going to thrive we're going to be healthier our children are going to be healthier our parents and grandparents are going to be healthier we're just all going to get to enjoy more of this life which is beautiful and quite radical
