what I find Inuk totally with my patients is that most of them are consuming probably somewhere between 75 and 50 carbs during their pregnancies and are doing great I don't recommend like a really strict you know keep especially if you aren't already adopted so my recommendation is you want to go into pregnancy is to get keto and that adapted prior to conceding you know let your body be in a steady state before you can see it I wouldn't just like in the middle of your pregnancy you know start doing this this certainly a low carbon moderate carb diet or completely healthy and pregnancy
