If I go to restaurants like this, I'm going to ask them, "What is the food cooked in? Can you cook it in butter?" And almost every restaurant that I go to has butter.
If you just tell them the secret, hey, I have food sensitivities. I have allergies to seed oils. I have allergies to MSG. They're going to be careful. And most of them will cook in butter for you.
