yes in this paper they found that of the centenarians in okinawa they all were omnivores of course because that's the natural optimum human diet or carnivore
so i think the ideal diet's omnivorous and i think there's a lot of variation in terms of how much of that comes from animal products and plants but ultimately i do think that a significant portion of the diet should come from plant foods in order for it to be uh as healthy as it could possibly be
