so it's possible that eating lots of microbiota accessible carbohydrates in the context of you know nutrient dense diet works well for some people yeah I mean I think objectively that we could from some of the research but that doesn't mean that there isn't another possible way of obtaining a healthy microbiome and that for some people that way actually might be the only way because of whatever that we don't fully understand like they're not able to tolerate those plant foods or those plant foods have a toxic effect that causes inflammation and inflammation itself becomes then something that harms the microbiome or makes it difficult for healthy bacterial populations to take root so for that person removing those might actually be the pathway
