you just can't say that that 100 calories of canola oil is equivalent to 100 calories of tallow or animal fat which is my favorite fat you know they're just not the same in the way they affect our mitochondria and the way they become part of our membranes and cardiolipin in the way that they affect everything ldl composition and oxidative stress just all the signaling that happens in the hypothalamus they're not equal
