when you absolutely need a bucket of seed oils you can find a bucket of vegetable oil here in the grocery store that is a recipe for disaster if you just ate that whole bucket of seed oils man that is horrible it's going to accumulate in your fat cause increased hunger cause increased fat deposits cause increased storage of fat cause carbohydrates to be stored as fat that is a nightmare in a bucket right there guys
